Six Sigma Champions are the business leaders who lead Six Sigma initiatives by sponsoring Primary Six Sigma Projects. Champions are trained in the essentials of the Six Sigma strategy, tools, and methods focusing on defining and selecting the primary projects that are aligned with the business goals. Your Six Sigma Champions will select and mentor the Six Sigma project leaders called “Green Belts & Black Belts”. Six Sigma Champions are the key individual drivers that support, align and integrate Six Sigma Culture into the organization. Our Six Sigma Champion program is much more than a standard Champion program. We have redefined this training to be a complete Six Sigma Leadership Emersion Program.
